Bio :-
Mr Ogma is the chief librarian at the island's central library where he employs Ron, Thalia and Jessica. He is the oldest of the library staff and has been running the place for several years now. He is somewhat resigned to the fact that he will probably never hire a single staff member who doesn't later turn out to either suffer from mental breakdowns or attack visitors to the library.

Ogma is also a member of the mayor's office's 'Emergency Response Team' taking charge of research.
